This is a great way to spice up a boring BBQ! Handheld traditional Thai street food!
Tradional Thai flavors in a handheld meal!
- 1 tsp dried thai chilies
- 1 tsp dried thai basil
- 1 tsp dried garlic
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Maggi or Soysauce
- 1 tsp water
- 1 lb ground pork (boneless pork chops)
- 4 eggs (optional)
Make a paste of dried herbs, Worcestershire, Maggi, and water
Mix mixture well into ground pork
Divide pork into 4 burger patties
Place patties in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes
Cook on BBQ, in oven or skillet until meat is cooked
Serve on a bun topped with a fried egg and sriracha
