Pad Krapro Burgers

This is a great way to spice up a boring BBQ! Handheld traditional Thai street food!

Tradional Thai flavors in a handheld meal!

Servings: 4 Burgers
  • 1 tsp dried thai chilies
  • 1 tsp dried thai basil
  • 1 tsp dried garlic
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Maggi or Soysauce
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 lb ground pork (boneless pork chops)
  • 4 eggs (optional)
  • Sriratcha
  1. Make a paste of dried herbs, Worcestershire, Maggi, and water

  2. Mix mixture well into ground pork

  3. Divide pork into 4 burger patties

  4. Place patties in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes

  5. Cook on BBQ, in oven or skillet until meat is cooked

  6. Serve on a bun topped with a fried egg and sriracha
